Standby Capacity represents the percentage of operational crews that are currently available for deployment.

How it's calculated:

Standby Capacity = (Available Crews ÷ Total Eligible Crews) × 100%

Available Crews: Crews with status "At Post" or "Roaming"
Total Eligible Crews: All crews with operational roles

Included in Calculation:

  • Area Coordinator(s)
  • General Crews
  • Forward Commander(s)

Excluded from Calculation:

  • Manager(s)
  • Commander(s)
  • Client Liaison(s)
  • Communications Officer(s)

Status Definitions:

  • At Post: Ready and stationed at designated location
  • Roaming: Mobile and available for assignment
  • On Case: Currently assigned to an case

Discharge Case
